Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 Notice is hereby given that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the above named, late of Blenheim House 27 Shurnhold Bath Road Melksham Wiltshire SN12 8DD previously of Flat 2 21 Beechworth Road Havant Hampshire PO9 1AX, who died on 31/08/2014, are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before 30/01/2015 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
