Pursuant to Section 204(1) (b) of the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004, (as amended), NOTICE is hereby given that Agnita Solomon whose address is at Mill Mall Tower, 2^nd Floor, Wickhams Cay 1, PO BOX 4406, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands has been appointed as the voluntary liquidator of the Company by Written Resolutions of the Shareholders dated November 7, 2014.
