Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs & Bars Ltd has applied in respect of the The Courthouse Public House, 2 Castle Street, Trowbridge BA14 8AN for a varia­tion to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to permit the following (including a reduc­tion in the terminal hour); Films, live music recorded music performance of dance, anything of a similar description and sale of alcohol Sunday to Thursday 10am until midnight and Friday and Saturday 10am until 2am. Late night refreshment Sunday to Thursday 11pm until 00:30am and Friday and Saturday 11pm until 2:30am. Opening hours Sunday to Thursday 8am until 00:30am and Friday and Saturday 8am until 02:30am. Non standard timings; Licensable activities until 2am with the premises closing at2:30am on; the Sunday and Monday for each Bank Holiday weekend; the Thursday before Good Friday; Christmas Eve; and Boxing Day.
From the start of permitted hours New Years Eve until the end of per­mitted hours New Years Day. Remove all of the conditions of the existing licence and replace them with those within the operating schedule.

Representations to this application must be made in writ­ing, by 6 March 2014, to the Wiltshire Council licensing Authority at County Hall, Bythesa Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN where the register of licensing applications can be inspected between during office hours and/or at www.wiltshire.gov.uk.

It is an offence on summary convic­tion, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connec­tion with this application, the max­imum fine for which is, £5000.
