Notice is hereby given that Hall and Woodhouse Limited have applied to Wiltshire Council (West) for a variation of a premises licence for the premises to be known as: Elusive Newt, Commerce Way TheAshville Centre Melksham SN12 6AD.

A premises licence was granted in 2012. Since then there has been a significant re-design of the premises such that an application has been made to vary the licence so that new layout plans can be approved.

No changes to the licensable activities, hours or conditions are proposed.

Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Wiltshire Council (West) County Hall Bythesea Road Trowbridge BA14 8JN no later than 18th September 2013.

The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Wiltshire Council (West) at the above address (or www.westwiltshire.gov.uk).

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000 Horsey Lightly Fynn 3 Poole Road, Bournemouth BH2 5QJ
