Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Wiltshire Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on the 14th March 2013. Applicant: W S Retail Limited.

Address of premises: Central Stores & Post Office, 190 Wyke Road, Hilperton, Trowbridge, BA14 7NU.

Proposed variations to the licensable activities: Vary the hours for the Sale of Alcohol for consumption off the premises.

Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every Day Alcohol Sales 05.30 to 23.00. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: *Public Protection Services and Licensing, Wiltshire Council, County Hall^ Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire BA14 8JN.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stat­ing the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 11th April 2013.
