Prezzo Pic has applied to Wiltshire Council as the licensing authority for the grant of a Premises Licence for the premises to be known as Prezzo, Restaurant Unit 5, St Stephen's Place Leisure Park, Trowbridge.

The proposed licensable activities are: The sale of alcohol and late night refreshment (Monday - Saturday 10:00 - 00:00 and Sundays 10:00 - 23:30)

Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing specifying the grounds of opposition to The Licensing Officer, Wiltshire Council, Licensing section, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire BA14 8JN by 3 April 2013.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine of the Standard Scale (£5,000).
