CHILDREN in Warminster got into the royal celebratory spirit at the weekend as many attended a cooking class where they made shortbread royals, chocolate crowns and rings and much more.
Cookykids is a company based in the town which offers cooking classes especially for children, and the royal wedding-themed classes were very popular with the young cooks.
Owner Fleur Harrison said: “The royal wedding-themed cooking classes were a real hit with both the children and the parents, and everybody enjoyed the royal family masks and having a go at being wedding dress designers.
“The food was all really well decorated, and tasted great too.
“Baking is the perfect way to celebrate special occasions and to feel part of this big event.”
There were three Cookykids classes over the weekend and 36 children attended.
